Some of my favourite airship pictures. I wish they had never gone out of style, it must have been an amazing feeling to look up and see a 600-foot or longer airship hovering overhead.

I read an article about how they might be coming back in as cargo vehicles, what with the rising cost of gas and stuff.

Yes, but they're ugly as hell and I think only semi-rigid. The US Army was considering it for a while, but I doubt it'll happen. Maybe Fedex will take it up? Seems more likely.
